Alright, so you've just gotta be patient. Right now I'm getting garbage but maybe I'll get lucky and catch some food or a drive box, who knows.

How do I fish, or more accurately, do I need bait from the shop, or can I find it around the place?
I found the fishing rod near one of the eastern satellites (being vague, but throwing you a bone) but I don't know how to use it properly other than tossing it out, reeling it in with the scroll wheel, and right clicking to reset it.

You can use the toilet to gain +5 stamina every once in a while, it adds up quick if you remember to do it.

It might not be the same thing, since I'm not even on the most recent patch, but the lights in the base seem to flicker every once in a while in 0.6.2aa

I don't know how fishing works either. I assume I would need to find a fishing pole just like the shovel / metal detector (You find the shovel, you buy the metal detector, both are used together)
Also, music's alright when driving the ATV... until you hear a distinct "throw" sound right behind you despite it being like Day 6.

I think I might know how to get into the bunker, but I don't have the item needed to test that theory.
I would've gotten the item for free, but it seems like the freebie near Yankee was removed, or moved to a different location entirely.
Being vague for the mystery of it... Also, the so called "Password Changer" got the (WIP) text removed, it isn't the original item I had planned but what's up with that?

This is what it looks like, it's not blue even though it's day, and even then, at night the water doesn't look like this.

I think I discovered not a glitch, but more of an oversight.
I think the bucket at TR_0 is incapable of holding water, because I brought the bucket back home, planned to clean my roof, put both buckets in the pool, then when I dropped them off at the roof, I realized one of the buckets seemed empty until I tipped it over, showing a sort of "silver water" texture which wasn't pouring out.

I mean, it is probably intentional to screw with the player and incentivize them to go to Romeo (It is no coincidence they added not one, but two incentives to go to that location in specific. Especially when the developer already uses the servers going out as bait to guide you around.)

Is it just me, or is the transformer near Romeo (TR_2) draining a lot faster than usual. Like I constantly have to take trips to that specific transformer to reset it.
More precise example. It was a rainy night, I decided to check my transformers, TR_2 was at like 24... time to panic drive over there, by then it got down to 21 on the drive over.

I feel like a decent way to keep food tolerance is to a have an info notification (Like the "I don't want to go in there, I don't want to sleep, +5 Stamina" notifications) tied to a button, or something in the inventory menu as a visual indicator of Kel's cravings. A sort of "I would really go for some Shrimp right now" when the shrimp is back to the full hunger potential after dropping to like 30% of the original value.
Another solution, albeit complicated to have the player eat various food items, would be to have some sort of nutrition system tied to the food groups related to the items. Like a banana is a fruit, fruits are known for healing cuts, so maybe your health regenerates slower if you haven't eaten a fruit in a while. Or how Shrimp is a protein, and protein is linked to strength, so you can carry more objects or heavier objects more easily.
You could still order and eat endless MREs, but you might want a carrot every now and then to help see at night.

I mean, you can reach the ceiling in the main room by climbing onto the workstation or onto the walls. You can even collide with the trash balls so you can stack a few to gain that bit of extra height.
Otherwise, I imagine using a cable to swing on the ceiling could work if you are patient enough. Although it would be better to just have a ladder or something you can easily carry and collide with.
Also, I looked in the creative menu and couldn't even find the powerwasher. I personally thought it was the device you can find from an event's structure that looked like a washer in Powerwash Simulator with a long range attachment. Trying to be vague for spoiler reasons.

Alright, so I think I realized something about the food system now, at least partially since I haven't figured out spoilage yet. But I'll try to bump down the text if you want to experiment yourself.

This should be far enough

Food can't be too cold from being in the fridge for too long, but can't be too hot either (Not just because they will burn and be inedible, but because Kel will refuse to eat very cold / hot food despite eating a roach two nights ago)
Also, It seems like even if you get the temperature right, you have to consider if Kel is getting tired of eating the same thing. Like I ate an MRE fresh from the delivery, and I only got like 15-20 hunger back, so I tried eating a burger and I got around 40-50 hunger. Hence the "Tolerance" mechanic in the patch notes.

TL;DR - Eat not cold, not hot, but warm food, around 15 seconds is good for burgers and maybe 30 for MREs. And eat a variety of food to get the most of your food items.

See original comment. Also I found it while trying to find... you know what? Just get the device near "The Hole", you'll need a shovel... You'll find out what I'm talking about in a non-spoiler way.

200 feels like an overstatement, I thought it was like a couple dozen, like 59 or so between the main room and bedroom. 100 max.

Edit: Just now found that big trash pile outside the main window... I can start to see how 200 is a possibility especially with you know where.

A mop would be good, like you can hold left click to lock your camera and move just the mop in your hand. A part of why it's difficult to clean with the sponge is because you have to make Dr. Kel have a seizure whenever you clean things.
Maybe it could have a secondary use when you are done cleaning, like reaching on high shelves or sweeping small objects around. Or y'know, the shovel / crowbar treatment.

That doesn't feel intentional, since it doesn't happen in the other versions, the "Saved" icon fades away with the same slow framerate, and I think I can physically hear my computer fans get faster and louder whenever I snooze.

Also another thing. Does anyone get very laggy when they sleep now or is it just me?

Figured I might as well ask now, while the itch page is active. Why is the server minigame screen like this, and nothing else (My resolution is a custom setting, 1366 x 768 if that helps)
Literally the only thing that is wrong is the parentheses, and that is it. And I've seen youtube channels with it completely fine.

It was alright in 0.5.X, but when I updated to 0.6.1, it broke to this. Now I'm at 0.6.2 and it still looks like that.

A strategy I learnt was, for the daily tasks that ask for things like 3 level 0s, then 1 of each later level, you could use the "Save Signal" feature. So instead of getting 6 signals for 6 drives, you just need 3.
Get a signal, download it, save the level 0 signal and keep the original. Go to the computer then copy that signal back onto a different drive (Should have a yellow light), then you can start researching *that* signal up to level 1-3, saving them and keeping the originals as you go.
TL:DR, you can't sell drives that are copies of the original, but you can upgrade them to be higher, original levels.

Best part of the new update (0.6.1 as of writing this) is this singular switch that was added to your control panels. Not gonna say what it does because I want it to be a surprise, but it fixes one of the biggest problems I've personally had in 0.5.2

There's a map you can buy with 150 points, or you can try to sketch out a basic map yourself in the real world to remember the general locations of areas, but that would probably require your compass to be "sv.target reset" so it points north.

You could also remember the general locations of generators relative to satellites, then look around for a power cable when at said satellite. Although it would still be nice to have a server at the generators to check if a server went down while I was out.

I was wondering why "sv.target atv" wasn't working when I saw it in the patch notes.

According to the "Help" menu in the pause screen, if you head to "Appdata < Local < VotV < Assets" You can see a text document labeled "res" which contains the resolution options. You can add your own there simply by adding an extra line that says "5120x1440" I added my own there to avoid having my monitor going to black while switching back and forth from my desktop, which is "1366x768" which had a VERY close default option of "1360x768"

You could, in theory, do a combination of controller and keyboard for right now if you use another program like Steam to convert controller inputs to keyboard inputs. Only thing is that typing still won't work without some sort of on-screen keyboard like Xbox or Playstation

Did you try doing that "sd.calall" command or whatever it is? Since I realized that myself a while back when my downloads were taking several hours. And besides, you can sleep off any excess time or go out and do some random things like microwaving a battery.

There are three ways that I find them. Either I remember where they are relative to satellites, use "sv.target TR-X", X being the transformer number, or you can follow the power cables from that generator thing outside of your base.
